Global HPO is unique because our financial model is based on you paying quality interims and consultants, without having to finance offices and an army of middle people.
This means you pay a one off introductory fee that delivers true value for money, this fee seriously undercuts anything you would have paid using traditional interim and consultancy models.
Many organisations like to employ interims and consultants direct but procurement rules and having access to a cross section of consultants makes this difficult. Recently this has resulted in organisations cutting rates and sacrificing the opportunity of engaging consultants who can make a difference to their organisations.
All our consultants have their own limited companies and professional indemnity insurance. This ensures all parties operate within an environment that allows for an accountable, transparent and professional relationship to develop.
All we ask is that within the first year you use one of our consultants you pay the appropriate introduction fee.
